declared Senior Supt. Edgardo Ingking, provincial director
of the Philippine National Police (PNP), when asked late yesterday
about any development regarding the manhunt operations against
a policeman who has been implicated in the killing of a man
inside the Cortes PNP station past midnight of Feb. 12.

SEA KAUNLARAN ASSOCIATION (SKA) of Hambongan Island in Inabanga
town is now P150,000 richer with funds from the Department
of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Region 7 office.
Mayor
Jose Jono Jumamoy said the amount will be used for training
and to procure materials for a seaweeds-farming project -
an alternative livelihood for marginalized fishermen.
