Manhunt operations in high gear to collar fugitive

Edgardo Ingking, provincial director of the Philippine National Police (PNP), when asked late yesterday about any development regarding the manhunt operations against a policeman who has been implicated in the killing of a man inside the Cortes PNP station past midnight of Feb. 12.
