Loboc Children's Choir performs
in NY for US Spring concert tour

NEW YORK-From being just Bohol's pride, the Loboc Children's Choir (LCC) has grown into the nation's pride as it has now been considered the Philippines' Little Ambassador to the World, reaching this part of the world.

The Philippines Consul General in New York Cecilia Rebong, the Department of Tourism Director Emma Ruth Yulo, and the Philippine Ambassador to the United Nations Hilario Davide, hailed the group as the Philippines' Little Ambassador to the World.

Boheco 2 celebrates
30th foundation day

JAGNA-The Bohol Electric Cooperative (BOHECO) II under the leadership of its resident manager, Engr. Eugene Tan had its remarkable celebration of its 30th foundation day on May13.

The electric cooperative that serves 21 municipalities, including the island town of Pres. Carlos P. Garcia held the main activity of the day at the municipal gymnasium.

No unanimous approval

The way some people are acting, it would seem as though their opinions alone deserve to be heard and to matter. A case in point is the issue about the Panglao airport.

Unless they admit that they were either away for a long time or just plainly not interested, critics of the proposed Panglao airport construction project had long been in the drawing boards. As to why some of them are talking only now, one can only surmise.
