his speech to the San Miguel SK led by its president, Pablo Frances Boncales,
Chatto motivated the budding citizens to hone and make full use of their potentials
because they are a future in the making. Earlier,
the young people in Bilar, a Third District municipality, gave Chatto the honor

in hometown Balilihan. The
assembly of San Miguel youth leaders were inspired also by the presence of their
town officials led by Mayor Caludio Bonior, the vice mayor, and heads of government
agencies. | In
Sagbayan, Chatto underscored how sports could shape up the youths into men of
discipline, endurance and purpose, which are qualities of a strong people.
Chatto was earlier thanked for supporting the Inter-District Sportsfest in
Ubay and Inter-Barangay Basketball Tournament in Duero. The
leading 2010 Bohol gubernatorial contender, Chatto has charmed the people in his
provincewide sorties meeting and interacting with various sectors, including the
youth, who regard him both as "a model leader and a Boholano of great use
